Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SDR, Business Development Representative, or similar role in IT outsourcing, software development, or SaaS company;
  • Proficient in lead generation tools and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator);
  • Strong understanding of software development concepts, common tech stacks, and industry trends;
  • Ability to craft compelling and personalized outreach messages;
  • the possibility of traveling abroad
  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken).

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and qualify potential clients using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedHelper, SalesQL, Crunchbase, Hubspot, etc.;
  • Conduct outbound email campaigns and social media outreach;
  • Handle leads from marketing channels;
  • Customize messaging to resonate with prospects’ pain points and business needs;
  • Participate in pre-sales meeting;.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing specialists to align strategies and improve lead conversion rates;
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions;
  • Track and report key performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates and meetings booked;
  • Upper-intermediate level of English or higher.
