Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar strategic HR role
  • Proven work experience as an HR business partner
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Analytical and goal-oriented
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices

Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR policy guidance
  • Discuss business strategies, HR challenges, and HR plans that can help the business with senior management
  • Work with management in their business area to ensure employees have the skills and resources they need to achieve their objectives
  • Develop plans for recruitment, training, restructuring, and succession, and help relevant staff implement them
  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals
  • Evaluate training programs
  • Suggest new HR strategies
