The client needed a platform to streamline the logistics of order management for their customers, simplifying the coordination of deliveries. They required a solution that would automate key processes, enhance operational efficiency, and provide a seamless user experience. The platform needed to handle everything from selecting delivery services to
ensuring timely shipments, with secure access and scalability to accommodate high order volumes. Integration with third-party services, such as Google’s Smart Lookup for address accuracy and payment processing for delivery services, along with support for bulk order management through a custom API, was critical.
We began by analyzing the client’s need to streamline delivery logistics and simplify the management of shipments. Our goal was to develop a platform that allows users to easily coordinate deliveries from pickup to drop-off, automating key steps to reduce manual effort. The platform provides a seamless way to choose delivery services, prioritize options, and schedule specific pickup and delivery times.
To support businesses handling large volumes of deliveries, we developed a custom API for bulk order creation. This API allows users to manage multiple delivery requests simultaneously, reducing the time and effort required to input orders individually. The platform integrates smoothly with third-party services for address verification and payment processing, while ensuring secure access and data privacy.
