The client needed a tool to manage multiple social media accounts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, while maintaining a consistent posting schedule. They required features to automate post scheduling, provide detailed analytics on
campaign performance, and simplify content creation using an AI assistant for crafting posts based on user input. To measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts, the platform also needed to deliver comprehensive reports tracking engagement and ROI.
We began by conducting a thorough analysis of existing social media management tools to identify gaps and areas for improvement. Based on these insights, we developed a platform that meets the highest industry standards and introduces key features missing in other solutions. One of the standout components is the shared media library, which allows users to store, manage, and access media assets across multiple social media accounts, streamlining content creation. We also integrated Canva directly into the platform, enabling users to design and customize visual content within the same interface, improving both efficiency and creativity.
To further enhance content creation, we incorporated an AI-powered assistant that helps users craft posts by understanding their ideas and desired tone of voice, ensuring consistency and saving time on manual tasks.
For ease of use, we implemented Single Sign-On (SSO), allowing users to log in with a single set of credentials across all accounts, reducing password fatigue and simplifying account management. Each customer on the platform is also provided with a dedicated subdomain to ensure data privacy and separation of assets between users. To support a subscription-based model, we integrated a payment gateway, enabling clients to easily subscribe to different plans and manage payments directly through the platform. This comprehensive solution not only automates scheduling and content creation but also provides a secure, organized, and scalable system for managing social media campaigns effectively.
